Shux offers extremely fresh oysters that are served raw, baked, and boiled. I would recommend the boiled oysters for those who love seafood, or for those who are not fans of the texture of raw oysters. I also tried their surf and turf burgers, which were filled with crab and shrimp. While the burgers were delicious, I was hoping for more of a seafood taste. The service was good! Marcy was friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. The inside is small but comfortable and cozy. We order the baked oyster sampler. It was ok. Definitely not the best I've had. The casino and rockaflore were the best of the four. The parm on the chargrilled was very chewy maybe over cooked. The beinville was too bready I couldn't taste the oyster at all. We also tried the stuffed burgers.... View all feedback.
Shux has a large selection of beer. lol. I had the grilled oysters and a coffee porter. both were delicious. I recently learned.
We arrived in pensacola before we could check into our airbnb, and after several hours traveling were ready for a lunch. we have become yelp and shux.
That was a very pleasant surprise! it's kind of hidden, but eating was excellent. When we first came in, we were the only ones there until we were.
When. I visited the Shux Oyster the food is great and the service of the staff was really great they services like if you were thirst very own family members. I'll come back there to eat again. I'm going back to Pensacola Florida this time. I came because my youngest son studied from the aviation school, he is an American. Marine!!!!
We ordered 1 dozen CHARGRILLED oysters and the dredge burger. It did not disappoint... Great flavor and service for some out of town visitors Thanks for taking care of us Alicia! Great service on a Sunday afternoon.
