Shrimp Basket Pensacola Warrington

That was delicious today. angie was my waitress. She's amazing. she was with her today and had several customers. she took care of the order of all without problems. she is sweet, fast and very efficient and knows her job very well. I would recommend to anyone who eat there to ask angie, she will take care of her.

I took a friend to the Garnel Basket in Warrenton and our server was Hailey. She was very friendly and attentive. We were seated promptly and our drinks arrived quickly. Hailey worked hard to ensure we were well taken care of. She answered all of our questions and it was my friend's first time eating there. He was impressed by the service and the food, and said he would bring his family back. I am excited to return for another meal with Hailey as our waitress. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the prices were great!

The customer service was excellent and efficient. However, I felt that the overall food quality could have been better. The shrimp was cooked in a way that I wasn't used to, and the coleslaw had a unique taste with sweet pickles or relish included. Additionally, I found the portion size for the price to be lacking. I ordered a combo with grilled shrimp and white fish, but the shrimp was overly seasoned for my taste.

My family and I spent over $100 at this restaurant and were disappointed by the experience. We had to wait 25 to 30 minutes to be seated, then another 10-15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders. Although the drinks arrived quickly, it took 15 minutes for our food orders to be taken. It then took an additional 30 to 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was overcooked and burnt. The hushpuppies were so hard they couldn't be eaten, and the loaded potato salad was warm. The cole slaw was also warm and missing shrimp.

The service and food at this restaurant are always excellent. My favorite dish is the shrimp basket, which is lightly breaded and never overcooked. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
