Poor system for waiting list. Added our name to the list, waited 30 minutes for the text, and accidentally hit the skip button while standing at the hostess desk. We were kicked off the list and told rudely that we were moved back to end of the line to wait. We went across the street to Bodaciuos and had a great breakfast with no wait.
Waited 45 min after checking in and their computer skipped us and they told us we had to wait for now 8 other people ahead of us! No exception!!! We walked up the street to Bodacious,… excellent food, 15 min had food on our table!
The food here is phenomenal and really well made. It's an must go to for brunch. But it's expensive and the lack of combination and strict menu makes it hard to justify going more than once a month. I really enjoyed the pancake I ordered but I had topurchase it separately because they do not offer it as a combination item with eggs. I enjoy eating eggs, pancakes, hashbrownsor potatoes for brunch. So to get as close as I could to that I ordered Eggs Benedict with sausage and ham which came with thebest tasting potatoes I've had in Florida, and a fluffy, soft buttermilk biscuit. Then I ordered a side of pancake which wasjust as soft as the biscuit. But to get the meal you want you have to pay extra. It's hard to justify the added expense when youcan get a combo meal at Denny's that involves pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and choice of sausage or bacon. Also, you're sat prettyclose to people so you don't feel like you have your own personal bubble as you would at any other location. The place is smalland that may play a huge role in how you sit your customers. The waitress also did the very annoying thing where they justcombine the bill into one bill just because its a couple. People go eat together and that doesn't mean that one person wants topay for the whole bill because one is a guy and one is a girl. Ask if it will be one bill and don't assume. It's a place to goto on special occasions because of the good food. Edited: fixed grammar mistakes made due to phone issues.
This place was cute. Kinda had like a hipster vibe to it. I had an Irish coffee it was good but it could have used a little bit more coffee in it. Maybe like a splash more. I had the eggs Benedict it was delicious. The breakfast potatoes could have usedmore seasoning. The candy bacon is a must try.
