What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I have the deal of 2 medium-sized pizzas with 1 pound each for $6.99. I didn't know these deals jumped to the quality. if I had known, I would have eaten a regular pizza. not enough sauce even according to normal standards, the pizzateig itself was chewing, hard, dried when it cooled and overcooked. The delivery driver was great. The Garlic parmigiana melt thing was great. Even the garlic sauce was great. But the Mozzarella sticks. very like my ex, they were crisp and disappointing. Still again on Pizza Hut tho
The manager was nice, but the other girl had an attitude problem. I ordered online and was quoted 9pm for it to arrive. When I got home at 8pm my pizza was sitting on the wet doormat on my porch in the rain and it was cold. Ended up getting a remake but at first was told they would have to refund and then charge my card again! Thankfully the manager on shift worked around having to do that, but I probably won't be ordering from here again or I will just do pick up instead. My pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks were all just barely warm and soggy. Even the box looked soggy. I watched the progress tracker and my order was out for delivery 55 minutes before it actually got here. I won't get delivery again from pizza hut but I will probably still get pickup. Paying 4 bucks for delivery and then foolishly tipping ahead of time was a mistake.
We have been ordering pizza from this location every week and have been pleased with service and food Today I spent in excess of 30 minutes trying to apply a coupon. It would not honor it. I finally placed the order at full price. We took the coupon sheet to have it honored. The manager was nice but said corporate was not letting them honor coupons. This is false advertising and fraudulent in my opinion. They are not the only place in town for pizza. I am not letting this drop!
They promise you a delivery time then send it through door dash. Which then is usually 45 minutes to an hour late. Then when you complain about your order being wrong some shift manager trainee tells you that you are wrong about complaining about your order being wrong. Worst Pizza Hut on earth. I hope this place burns to the ground. Do not give them money, you will regret it while you choke down cold, poorly made food .
