Panda Express - Pensacola

Today I ordered some cream cheese rangoons from DoorDash and they were terrible. The cream cheese tasted spoiled and I couldn't even eat them. I was very disappointed. Also, they forgot to include the sauce that goes with the teriyaki dish. Why would someone order teriyaki without wanting the teriyaki sauce?

I know what you're thinking. With 30 cars in the drive-thru line, I'll just go to Panda Express. Trust me, even with no one in line, Panda Express is slower. You always end up waiting and moving around for 20 minutes, even when there's no one behind you.

The service was extremely rude with terrible communication. I tried calling twice and both times someone picked up but did not speak. When I mentioned the issue during the conversation, the person on the other end let out a loud sigh and made repetitive noises. Despite this, they maintained a friendly attitude for the rest of the conversation.

It was okay. disappointed that they refilled the chicken container immediately after filling my teller. I know mine wasn't as fresh as it could be. they have reduced the amount they give per meal and increased the costs by calculating more items premium elements and more for them. they had many people there.

This was my best Panda Express visit! Tyler and Bobby both help us out for our big order. They were very helpful and having a good time. They also talked to us and we?re very happy. I really hope you give them credit for this!
