Service was excellent not going to blame server food was horrible

We have enjoyed a few meals at this Outback because of the food and location. We have always had a great experience with the food. Kudos to the kitchen staff!! Service is their biggest opportunity. It's a hit or miss on the best of days however if you find yourself here ask for Aaron. He was such a pleasant surprise! Attentive, patiently answering all of my questions, he made sure that the food came out in stages, not all at once. He made the dining experience so very pleasant. For that alone we will be back!

By far the very best Outback I've been to! Honestly it's the best dining out experience I've had in a long time! Everyone at this location was hustling and on point! I was lucky to have Jack as my server and he was absolutely amazing!! He made sure our meal was perfect and that we had everything we needed. We didn't even have to ask for refills! I had the Toowoomba salmon and it was superb! The salmon was so delicious and there wasn't a single fishy/bitter area that you often get with salmon. The sauce was rich and flavor with perfectly cooked shrimp! My spouse had steak ordered medium rare and it actually came out medium rare! Excellent staff, service, and food. I can't wait to come to this Outback again! I hope that Jack is working when I do!

I ordered my steak medium rare, my husband ordered well apparently they cooked both at the same time and took mine off the grill. When I received it, it was barely warm. I asked the waiter to ask them to stick it back on the grill and they did warm it up but it tasted different the second time . My dogs got a treat. It was less than and I will probably not go back.

Not a fan! Love Outback but this place smelled, the entire floor was like a slip and slide. Not sure what was all over the floor but it felt like I was sliding in grease. The food was sub par, and my Coconut Shrimp tasted like a Blooming Onion and was over done, and the ranch was like Mayo. I wouldn’t return here unless I had to.
