What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
Came from the country of Pancheros, decided to try Moes's. Was quite disappointed and underwhelmed because of the lack of taste and meat. I should say everything was mixed with a pound of cilantro. I love Cilantro, but pretty much all the blows were smashed with it. I'll say the chips and salsa were where it was. I could eat a pound of it alone. Everything else was quite blah for the price. The service was truly outstanding. One of the evening staff members, Ashley, went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I made on my online order. Her assistance was exemplary and incredibly friendly. The entire staff was warm and welcoming as well. This is definitely one of my favorite places!
The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered a steak burrito along with queso and chips.
I traveled from the land of Pancheros to give Moe's a try. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and found it lacking in flavor and meat. It seemed like everything was drenched in an excessive amount of cilantro. I do enjoy cilantro, but it felt like it overpowered every dish. On a positive note, the chips and salsa were excellent – I could easily eat a pound of just those! However, overall, everything else was pretty mediocre considering the price.
Go to this store regularly, but today I have so bad service I will probably not come back. 3 People are all who actually do everything, where 2 only stand to see, meaningless. Never was asked whether to go or dinate so that all my food was thrown into a bag with someone else order because they did not pay attention, then they tried me for the other people meal as well. I asked for a meal to get Queso and once I got my food and asked for the Queen who came with the meal, was told that all she had called was only drinks and if I wanted to buy queso I need single pages instead of getting the meal discount. One of the worst fast food experiences I had in a very long time, and the people in the register just make it worse.
Service has gone downhill. We were acknowledged when we walked in the door, and then had to wait while they took care of online orders, that's all they care about. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, it was so chaotic and stressful, that we almost left. One of the salsas at the salsa bar didn't have anything to scoop it with..no spoon. When we got home, we realized that we didn't get the extra items that we had requested. Worst experience we've ever had at this place. Not sure if we'll ever go back to this location
