Mcdonald's - Pensacola

I went through the drive-thru and found the service to be quite slow. The sandwich I ordered was cold and didn't meet my expectations, although the fries were nice and hot. However, the Coke tasted different from the usual McDonald's flavor. I'm not sure if it was just a bad evening for them or if this is how it usually is. I was just passing through.

The staff member taking orders at the front counter was distracted, helping other customers and completely overlooked me as I stood there waiting. I noticed another person who seemed to be experiencing the same issue eventually gave up and left. Eventually, one of the other crew members noticed my presence and asked if I had been helped. I replied that I hadn't. She then informed the first crew member, who finally came over to take my order. Unfortunately, my order was prepared incorrectly, but I went ahead and ate it just to get out of there.

I've been visiting this location for the past six weeks, and every single time, they claim that the McFrappe smoothie machine is out of order. How long does it take to fix it? The manager clearly lacks competence! I've also learned that they've been saying the machines have been broken for over a year! Additionally, they claim that they close their dining room at 6:00 PM every day, which is not the case at any other McDonald's in Pensacola! All the managers need to be let go immediately!

I have to say this was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The restaurant was very clean the service was great and fast, I was waiting for a bus and the girls working allowed me to charge my phone when it died. The whole crew was extremelypolite and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. If I'm in the area again I willdefinitely stop in again

They have a worker there that is a crew trainer. She is excellent, friendly, kind and a true leader. Her name is Melissa. She treated me like family.
