The donuts at this restaurant are delicious, warm, and fresh, with a soft texture. Although the prices are a bit high at $17.99 per dozen, the service provided is excellent. My dad particularly enjoyed the 9-mile location and would travel all the way to Pensacola just to get these donuts. View all feedback.
What Wanda Norman doesn't like about Krispy Kreme:
There was very limited menu options and the hot sign was not illuminated, even though they were still making doughnuts. My past experiences at this restaurant have also been disappointing. On one occasion, I was denied hot doughnuts because the sign was off, and on another visit, the hot doughnuts were not ready at the advertised time and were delayed by nearly an hour. The only positive aspect of my most recent visi... View all feedback.
Honestly the most disappointing location I've been to.You wake up early when everyone's asleep, you get to the donut shop just as they open but then they don't even open the doors till 30 minutes after. Once you get inside you quickly realize they don't even have fresh glazed donuts so your left with day old everything. Now you didn't just drive 25 minutes to come home empty handed so you now go home with old donuts when you should have expected fresh soft warm donuts at 6 am when they opened. Needless to say I would rather drive an hour for fresh donuts rather than 20 minutes for depressing old ones.
Title: Disappointed with Service at Krispy KremeReview:I recently had a disappointing experience at Krispy Kreme, which compelled me to share my thoughts and feelings here. After a grueling 12-hour shift, my coworker and I were eagerly looking forward to stopping by Krispy Kreme for some indulgent doughnuts. However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we discovered that only the drive-up service was available due to a staff shortage. While I understand that staff shortages can occur, it is disheartening that the entire store was closed to walk-in customers. This could have been better communicated through their website or social media platforms to save customers the time and effort of making the trip.Although the drive-up service was an option, it was not feasible for us at the time. Not everyone has access to a vehicle or prefers using a drive-up service. This limited operating model left many of us craving Krispy Kreme's delicious treats without a feasible means of obtaining them.I believe that Krispy Kreme could have better managed the situation by providing alternative solutions for customers, especially considering the long-standing reputation and popularity of their doughnuts. Perhaps offering a limited menu or implementing a temporary walk-up service with a reduced staff could have been effective in such circumstances. In contrast, Burger King, located next door, demonstrated exceptional service despite their own staffing challenges. With only two employees working, they managed to accommodate our needs swiftly and efficiently. This experience highlighted the importance of adaptability and customer-centric approaches even in challenging circumstances. While my disappointment lies primarily with the lack of communication and flexibility from Krispy Kreme, I would like to applaud Burger King for their ability to provide excellent service despite their own limitations.I hope that Krispy Kreme will address this issue promptly and find ways to better serve their loyal customers during staff shortages. It is my sincere hope that they live up to their reputation and swiftly resolve this matter to regain customer trust and satisfaction. Please keep in mind that my intention while sharing this review is to provide constructive feedback and encourage improvement. I genuinely hope that Krispy Kreme will take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
The BEST Krispy Crème donuts we have ever had. The staff is very professional, nice, and just awesome. Highly recommend to anyone.
Mid-afternoon this location was not open for inside business. Then, my favorite donut, white icing, was no longer on the menu, so I was disappointed.
Looked it up online for hours of being open in lobby. Says till 7pm. I arrived at 5:50. Sign in door says closed. If added to website I could have avoided a trip. I don't do drive thru because restaurant I go to can't get order correct. I prefer going in. It ends up faster that way.
