Khon's On Palafox - Pensacola

This is more than your typical run of mill noodle dish rice bowl asian cuisine. This food will let your taste buds jump directly from the mouth. I had the crunchy duck breast and it was so tasteful. Just the right amount of heat and sweetness.

Service was good and food tasted good, although they were clearly understated and the food went out forever. The staff is very friendly and professional so my rating has nothing to do with them. The food made me and my husband feel sick about 30 minutes after dinner and then made me extremely sick after we came home. It was the only meal we both had that was shared this day, so it was definitely from this place. Because we waited so long, I'm not sure if something was not properly stored or if my sushi looked too long or even what special dish caused the disease. Besides the disease, overall the experience was fine. I'm glad we tried it was nice, but probably it didn't come back for the second time, even if it didn't make me sick. It was perhaps nothing with the way food was prepared, sometimes things are not caused by people who prepared it, contaminated it, but it was unpleasant anyway. We also wish you the menu which contains spices. Everything tasted good, but we didn't know how sharp the udon would be. Won?t come back, but hopefully others have another experience.

A bit expensive, but SO GOOD. It is also a small place and we were very grateful that they could accommodate 12 of us outside. You have a special vegetarian and gluten-free menu, so if you are either (or both). Make sure you ask for it. Our waitress was very sweet and very patient. Our youngest recently discovered that he likes Tempura shrimp and they were friendly enough to just make us Tempura shrimp. If we ever go back to Pensacola, we'll probably be over. And I recommend visiting the stops for some sushi, ramen or sweet chili tofu.

Amazing? sat at the Sushi Bar and watched hardworking people make records and records of beautiful sushi. So fresh and delicious. The guys who make the sushi were very nice and great to deal with. I'm going back to Cola to eat here again.

Loved Khon?s on Palafox. We are here for a late lunch and the food was amazing. All of the food that we ate was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. She was able to tell us in great detail about any of the food we had questions about and was very accommodating in helping us work around some food allergies. For sure will be back soon!
