We visited this place on Friday, 27th. May for the first time. My two boys live from the chicken, so it was obviously a slight choice. We did not know how good it would really be and the customer service we received there was a girl who took our order (think she was new) and a younger guy who made our drinks and my husband talked about the beach preference. What User doesn't like about Foosackly's Nine Mile:
I went there yesterday with my son. The girl was so rude that I had to cry. I'm complaining my salad doesn't look fresh. I couldn't eat it. The responsible young lady fought with me and then she brought me another salad. The chicken was cold, cooked over. I've eaten there every day. I know the difference. I'm not going back. I've been going here with my wife for years now and they've never disappointed us. The food is always great and fresh. The sauces are top notch (I hope they keep the new jalapeno ranch). The staff is also the best I've seen. No other restaurant in Pensacola has a crew as friendly and sincerely happy to be serving their customers. Enjoy!
Had a great first experience here. For chicken places, I don't necessarily expect much but the service was phenomenal. Staff was engaging friendly and helped introduce me to the menu and sauces since they knew it was my first time. It definitely made me want to come back. Chicken was good and fairly priced. Lemonade was also good. Thanks for a great experience!
Best chicken tenders EVER. Move over Chic-Fil-A because you don't stand a chance against Foo's. Food is AWALYS hot and fresh (unlike Zaxby's), service is top notch and prices are great! Wish they had locations near Atlanta!!!!
The food is great in terms of both quality and quantity. The signature sauce is amazing and the ranch is top tier. And if you’re lucky enough to meet him, Andrew is very friendly and will always make sure you have everything you want and need.
I visit this Foo location quite often they are always nice, food is always fresh, orders are 9/10 correct. I have to highlight the amazing service I ALWAYS get from Ms. Brandi! She takes the time to make sure she gets my order correct and is super sweet no matter the time of day! Promote her, give her a raise!!!
