Someone paid it for my breakfast so it was lovely. Also the service was friendly and fast. The only negative is the traffic on Davis Highway and try to merge into it during the morning rush similar to playing chicken. Update: The motorway fusion is still a problem, but I've been here several times. The service is always super friendly and helpful, especially first in the morning when I fight to work. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Dunkins need to learn consistent food preparation. The wake-up wraps were microwaved versus toasted. No good. The Croissant sandwich was good but wraps are a problem, particularly in southern locations/franchises. Coffee was hot and fresh but teamseemed to be stressed and verbally short even when no one was behind us in Drive thru. View all feedback.
Horrific experience. We went for a birthday breakfast treat, only to find the dining area disheveled and no one attending the counter. After 10 mins of standing there, making awkward eye contact with a woman working the drive through window, a differentemployee comes up and says we 're not going to help you here, you have to get in the drive through line if you want anyservice. (Which, was easily wrapping around the building at this point). Unquestionably rude and dismissive, not to mentionruining the birthday experience for my child. At the very least, you would think they would lock the doors if they 're notwilling to provide any level of service.
I have to say the worst experience at a Dunkin ever!! I watched 5 vehicles drive out of the drive they lane after no one taking an order for 15 minutes. I ordered coffee no one informs of me and it took the 10 more minutes just to take mommy money at thewindow. Again no one in the line. You ask maybe they were busy inside no only person inside was the lady who was I. Front of methat drove around and walked in. I then had to pull around to front of building and now working on 12 minutes and still waitingon a box of coffee. Super sad customer service.

I have placed my order on her running gear, it was the biggest mistake i made! it took 24 minutes from my order, 2 donuts 2 hash browns. ? there were 3 cars in front of me no psychic insight in the interior. I'm sorry, but that's totally unacceptable. the young lady in the window was very sweet. that's the only reason I gave two stars.
