Chuck E. Cheese - Pensacola

It was our first time going there. We got invited to a birthday party. The settings was good and it wasn't too crowded early in the morning. It got busy towards the mid day since everyone was coming in for a different party. Other than that it was fun and my daughter had fun with the games and prizes.

We had a fantastic birthday party experience at Chuck E. Cheese! After our planned party at Benny Russell Park was rained out, we were in panic mode trying to figure out what to do. Luckily, Chuck E. Cheese had a party spot available the next day that was easy to book online. The employees gave us a quick rundown of how everything worked and got the kids' play cards ready. My daughter and her friends had a great time, saving my sanity. All the employees we encountered were nice and helpful, and our party server was amazing. The party event exceeded my expectations, thanks to the mega package that allowed the kids to play all games for 2 hours and enjoy pizza. I already know where next year's party will be - Chuck E. Cheese saved the day!

We had a great time at this restaurant! We visited on a busy Saturday but our kids had a lot of fun. Chuck E. Cheese came out twice to interact with the children. It seems like he comes out once an hour depending on the crowd. There were a few games that weren't working, but it didn't affect our overall experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We brought our 3 kids here to celebrate my 4 year olds birthday! It was fun, really nostalgic for me as I grew up coming here. The staff was friendly, the pizza was so good, and in our experience the only game that wasn 't working was actually the photo booth which we didn 't care about. I just took 1 star off for the prices. They do not have to charge THAT much to play those games lol. It was like $103 for a pizza, 4 drinks, and each kid to play for 45 minutes.

I read the reviews before we went today we had a GREAT time. Christen was Amazing with helping me get everything we wanted out of our visit today. Every area was clean (I looked) only 2 out of 50 plus games rides were out of service and those 2 were clearly marked. All the employees were very nice helpful. We will be back!
