Checkers - Pensacola

I previously wrote a negative review due to rude former employees and unexpected closures during the day. However, I want to say that the service has improved significantly. I didn't catch the name of the young man who took care of my order, but I placed it about 15 minutes ago, and he was fantastic. He was quick, friendly, and overall made my experience much better. I hope he continues in this role and stays motivated!

The staff at the restaurant are friendly and courteous, which is commendable. However, the establishment itself appeared to be unclean. Additionally, they require exact change for cash payments, and their card reader was not functioning. I cannot recommend this place until the management addresses these issues.

The service is consistently slow, and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. After today, I will never return to this restaurant. I found a cockroach in my wife's hamburger, which was a truly disgusting experience that left us feeling nauseous and unable to stop vomiting. When I went back to show the staff the hamburger, the woman claimed that the cockroach was likely in the sauce, which is why she missed it. I can honestly say this has been a terrible experience for us.

Hopefully the owners see this, 7pm no one in line and your employees aren’t working. Sat at drive in for 8mins without anyone asking to take our order. Pulled to the window and saw the person go to the back when they saw we pulled up and never came back. The 1 other customer at the walk up window asked if anyone help us because no one was answering the walk up window. Might as well close this place of your workers are just straight up not taking orders ???‍??

They were rude. the pommes were cold as old oil, they had no milkshakes or tee. the koks tasted down. no chicken. over $50 ordered to be disappointed. I'm back.
