Burger King - Pensacola

They do an excellent job here! My father and I always enjoy stopping by to get their mochas before I head to work. It makes him really happy. You can tell they put in a lot of effort, especially since they know and care for someone who works next door at Foosackly's.

I was put off by the girl on the loudspeaker right from the start. She hurried me along, and I felt rushed before I even finished my first meal. I had to repeat my order three times, even though it was clearly displayed on the screen. After waiting 10 minutes at the counter, my order was completely wrong and cold. There was no proper reception at the counter to address any issues. The only thing they got right were the large Cokes that came with the meals.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! We ordered two Whopper meals, but as we approached window number one (which was closed), we noticed termites crawling all over it. We ended up getting our food from window number two. Unfortunately, the bread was hard and unappetizing, and the fries were cold. We couldn't even eat our meals! I live nearby this 9 Mile location, but after this experience, I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon. It was a complete waste of time and money!

Super fast, friendly staff. Everyone was working hard. Clean building inside and out. It was busy too and they were quick.

First, the service I received was great, there were some problems because the drive-dru speaker was faulty, but the girl that worked there was really good service, but there was a small cockroach in my pommes. I discovered the little guy when I came home, gave a scream, then the pommes screamed in the müll and took the bag out.
