Pretty good restaurant in the lobby of the Hilton hotel. They have outdoor and indoor seating as well as bar seating. I was hear from lunch and it was the standard menu. Burgers, sandwiches and a few pasta dishes. Salads and soups as well. I wanted to try the Sushi Menu but it wasn't available for lunch. Our server was polite and on top of our large group, a good thing. View all feedback.
What Jordan A doesn't like about H2o Cajun Asian Grill:
I ordered two kids’ meal pizzas at H20 for $34, and here's what I received. Around 5:30 PM, I went to the bar to place the order for takeout, but the bartender told me I had to place it through my room. I decided to skip ordering a drink and headed back to my room to place the order. When the food finally arrived, I was disappointed. The concept of the Sunday brunch was appealing, and the selection offered more variety than a typical breakfast. There was a choice of cold seafood that would have been much better served warm, along with a pasta station that was decent but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the prime rib was rather grisly, fatty, and cold, though it did have a good flavor. Other dishes, like the eggs Benedict served on biscuits and a chicken dish with sauce, left much to be desired; the chicken was dry, and we could only manage one bite before discarding it. There was also a fish dish, which was similarly dry. On the bright side, we did enjoy the bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys that we paid extra for. As regulars who visit about once a year, we noticed a decline in quality over the past couple of years. While I understand that the Covid pandemic affected the service industry, the food we experienced was not worth the price we paid.

The waiter dropped off the pizzas in such a rush, and I could see why. The kids wouldn't even touch the food. One pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and the other cheese, but what we got were two undercooked, microwaved discs that were completely inedible, and the slices didn’t even match up on the plates they were served on. Good luck if you decide to eat here.
My friends and I were really hungry at 8 PM, and this was one of the few places still open. The Pensacola Sunset drink was incredible! It had a delightful lemonade flavor, but with a sweeter twist. The Cheddar Burger was absolutely delicious; you wouldn't believe how good it was! It was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and flavorful as well. Overall, it was a fantastic meal from a wonderful hotel.
This place was fantastic. Incredible service and super clean. Each item was beautifully plated and delicious. I really expected the hotel food to be mediocre, but it was amazing.
Bring a pilot on the road all the time...I have one effin rule. Don't eat in hotel restaurants. What a disappointment. We'd been drinking...let's just eat in hotel. First off. The wait staff doesn't have the common courtesy to clean the tables from the breakfast buffet. The table edges and place mats were covered in syrup what 12 hrs later. Better half ordered a scallop app. They came out. Smelled off I refused to eat them. When they have the shits tomrw I won't be surprised. Speaking of rank. I ordered the grouper sandwich with brussel sprouts and lobster Mac and cheese. Grouper. I had about two bites. Tasted off. Got $100 it wasn't even grouper. Brussel sprouts? Eh cook needs a lesson. Lobster Mac? Again. Tasted like it had been reheated several times. One bite and I was out. $97 after a discount for the table being sticky? Tourist trap. Plain and simple. Sucks I should have known better. Would have rather paid $48 for Jimmy John's. At least I'd known what I was getting.
