Pretty good restaurant in the lobby of the Hilton hotel. They have outdoor and indoor seating as well as bar seating. I was hear from lunch and it was the standard menu. Burgers, sandwiches and a few pasta dishes. Salads and soups as well. I wanted to try the Sushi Menu but it wasn't available for lunch. Our server was polite and on top of our large group, a good thing. View all feedback.
What Jordan A doesn't like about H2o Cajun Asian Grill:
This is what $34 will get you for two kids meal pizzas at H20. I went to the bar to order them for our kids around 5:30PM to go. The bartender informed me I had to place a to-go-order through my room, so I skipped the drink and went up to my room to place the order and this is what showed up. The waiter that brought this up was in such a hurry to leave the tray, we understand why. Kids wouldn't touch the food. One wa... View all feedback.
This place was fantastic. Incredible service and super clean. Each item was beautifully plated and delicious. I really expected the hotel food to be mediocre, but it was amazing.
Bring a pilot on the road all the time...I have one effin rule. Don't eat in hotel restaurants. What a disappointment. We'd been drinking...let's just eat in hotel. First off. The wait staff doesn't have the common courtesy to clean the tables from the breakfast buffet. The table edges and place mats were covered in syrup what 12 hrs later. Better half ordered a scallop app. They came out. Smelled off I refused to eat them. When they have the shits tomrw I won't be surprised. Speaking of rank. I ordered the grouper sandwich with brussel sprouts and lobster Mac and cheese. Grouper. I had about two bites. Tasted off. Got $100 it wasn't even grouper. Brussel sprouts? Eh cook needs a lesson. Lobster Mac? Again. Tasted like it had been reheated several times. One bite and I was out. $97 after a discount for the table being sticky? Tourist trap. Plain and simple. Sucks I should have known better. Would have rather paid $48 for Jimmy John's. At least I'd known what I was getting.
We had a really great meal here! We are vegan and the server worked with the chef to create a beautiful dinner! I appreciate them being so accommodating and I will definitely be back.
We went a couple of nights ago so the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. With that being said, I'm assuming they were short on staff and the kitchen was going through a renovation. It was a very limited menu and could because of the reasons I just mentioned. We ordered the Korean Wings and calamari to start. The wings were okay, somewhat luke-warm temp and the sauce was definitely from a bottle. The calamari was some of the worst I've ever had. Chewy and the breading was separating from the calamari. Definitely not fresh. I'll preface that all of the food came out in room service plates and lids. I'm thinking the food is prepped somewhere away since the kitchen is being renovated and they have to haul it over to the restaurant. 2 people ordered the Alfredo with chicken and the other with shrimp. After the lid was taken off, both of the pastas looked like they'd been sitting out for 10-15 mins as the sauce was looking congealed. Flavor wasn't good and both the proteins were over-cooked. 3 of us ordered burgers and my dad asked for well-done. They all came well-done and I don't think it was because they thought all were well-done. The burgers looked like ones you leave on the grill too long with the black edges. The chips were decent but half were soggy because of the room service plate and lid. With 3 drinks and our food, it came out to $240 before tip. Don't mind the price as long as the food is good. Not even close. Experiences like this is why I end up making food because most places in Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze isn't good.
