What User likes about Penrhyn Old Hall:
Large pub with the usual selection of beers and ales, which seems like it could cater to guests well (though I didn’t sample any on this Sunday afternoon). The beer appeared well-kept, and the staff were friendly, even engaging in conversation with other patrons. A very pleasant atmosphere, and the building has a lot of character. However, we likely won’t be returning. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Penrhyn Old Hall:
But of a mess up between bars for a function. Also disabled access to the venue is less than satisfactory. Have to go up a side path around the back of a building over roots and mud. Not ideal for a wheelchair View all feedback.

I had a great experience while stopping for a drink during my walk. The host was friendly and even gave me a tour of the place. It was truly fascinating!
