We had just started ordering when the power went out at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and informed us of the options available under the now dark heat lamps. Despite the limited choices, there was still plenty for the three of us to choose from, all of which was still hot. We always enjoy stopping at McDonald's when we're on the go, not only for the consistently good food and cleanliness, but also for the great service. However, that was not the case in Penonome. The service was poor, with the staff completely ignoring us. View all feedback.
