If I could give this place a zero I would,I go to this one all the time and everytime I go there something is wrong with my order this time I ordered a bagel toasted with butter but I got a bagel with cream cheese and the ice coffee I ordered does not taste like there's any caramel in it even though I asked for extra caramel and my large hot coffee is not hot it's ambient temp. Thanks a lot my day is ruined.
I came in yesterday and I called them. Nobody answered I called to get nobody answered and they messed up my ice coffee. It was horrible. It tasted horrible and I came back to. Day. They'd let them know and there was nothing they'd let me do about it, horrible customer service. Tasted like burnt coffee. Or older coffee Service: 1
