Very fast and friendly service
This is probably the worst dunkin ever. They took forever to get all of our orders ready and almost every single one of them was wrong. Seems to be the common theme among all the other reviews
I usually don't write reviews but I just got coffee and breakfast from Dunkin today and the worker was amazing so fast and was super specific when we gave her our order. The receipt says the cashier was Ra'shana so I think that's who it was. but food was AMAZ and she was so nice!!!
This place is so bad it's comical! Really, it's the wait time expect to dedicate a good 10+ minutes to the drive in. I've been here for easily 20+ when there were only 3 cars in front of me. If nothing else, the food is consistently good (if you think Dunkin is good). They have messed up multiple orders of mine. First time they made 2 sandwiches instead of 1. I refused to pay for 2 so they gave me the 2nd one that lady was also quite rude about it. Today I waited almost 10 minutes for a Chai latte and they threw in 2 donuts. The staff are generally very nice and friendly. I do appreciate that they may have a labor shortage and are willing to do this work! But they need to pick up the pace.
It might sound a bit silly, but I absolutely love these Dunkin' Donuts! The staff here is truly wonderful and friendly. They are so attentive that they even remind me when I forget to add certain items to my order. For instance, if I typically order decaf and accidentally forget, they'll ask me if I want it prepared as decaf. You really can't ask for more than that! It makes me sad to see that some people are unkind to them; they are genuinely hardworking and amazing individuals.
