The kangaroo Island kingfish was delicious. My partner had the traditional fish and chips. He says he thinks it was the best he has had. Our friends had the steak and were impressed at how perfectly cooked it was. For dessert we had pavlova which was handmade and beautifully fluffy. We would definitely recommend and would come again next time we are on the island. Ten out of ten points!

Was so good that we started to wonder half way through if the price on the menu was each and not for per couple. Faultless service and 5 star food. We may even go back again and have the same tomorrow night.

The service was excellent—prompt and attentive—and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried the fish soup as our main course and shared a small serving of fish and chips as an appetizer. Since it was late at night and towards the end of the winter season, the restaurant was not very busy, which brings me to my one suggestion for improvement that could help elevate their rating to a perfect 5: enhance the coziness. Dimming the lights slightly and adding some suitable background music would really elevate the atmosphere. Additionally, the walls could use some more decoration or furnishings to make the space feel a bit cozier, as it did feel somewhat sparse. If you're looking for a tasty and reasonably priced meal in Penneshaw, I highly recommend The Corridor.
