What Mary Bordwell doesn't like about Abandon Brewing Company:
I went to a wedding there recently. The venue is gorgeous, the staff (for the most part) we’re extremely friendly. I had only one issue. The bees were crazy! Honeybees I could understand not wanting to harm. But there huge carpenter bees and tons of yellow jackets. This makes a wedding outdoors a bit uncomfortable. Particularly if you are afraid of frees, or allergic to bees. View all feedback.
I like Abandoned, it’s very comfortable , wide open with outdoor seating. The beer is great. They always have a few sours and plenty of IPA’s , it seems like they are adding less hoppy beers lately which o like.
Beautiful view and fantastic beer. a really relaxed atmosphere. we love to take the dog and enjoy it on a picnic table.
The guy at the bar was very friendly and recommended the person I was with numerous options based on what he likes. I had a glass of wine, which is also offered for the beetrinker. they also have a kitchen, but it was not yet open since we visited the next season.
All handcrafted brews from coffee-strip ate ingenious to the root beer for the children or dd. they have a large charcuterie board large bretzel with beer cheese dip and a fresh made wood fired pizza. the employees and owners are real people who like to talk about their products and answer all those who might have them. also a breathtaking view of the keuka see and an outdoor pavilion for high times or class meetings.
Empty glass cause my Vienna Lager is as that good. Excellent beers, amazing atmosphere, and stunning views. Our first visit but not our last. Worth the stop!
