The food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken was cold in the middle served with unseasoned chips. Clearly microwaved. Calamaris was frozen and deep fried again with unseasoned chips. Chewy and rubbery. The bread was stale and served with no butter/oil/garnish. Someone next to me got pasta which looked over cooked and with a jar of sauce on it. Not home made, just out of a jar. The truth that surprises me the comments, today we've been eating there and the only thing I can say is that they were a little slow, but I also understand that when the dates are saturated. for 15€ the menu is not bad, then the maja waitress invited us to the shots. I didn't find it that bad.
Uno de los mejores arroz caliente con abeto que he tomado. Además, el acuerdo era muy cercano y el lugar le permite ir a una muy fresquita, agradable y privado terracita. I went there several times and I was never disappointed. The “Zarzuela” and “paella” are excellent. The view is amazing and the service is dynamic and friendly.
Called for a 10 euro menu del dia which was fine. However the view of Peniscola's main beach from the outside seating area across the street from the restaurant itself was worth the 10 euros alone.
Nosotros hicimos el menú de 15 euros y fue muy correcto. No se puede pedir mas por ese precio y por el sitio en el que esta ubicado. Destacaría las vistas y el rápido servicio. Punto negativo el precio de las bebidas. Lo recomendaría a paladares no muy exigentes.
