Me and my girlfriend arrived there on a holiday evening without prior reservation, but somehow the staff managed to get us a table for two. The restaurant was full and very lively, maybe even too lively for those who want to have a meaningful conversation, But we were there for the food and the food was simply unbelievable in both quality and value. 10 euros for a delicious tuna steak with sides is a bargain I'd take any day any time. Until tonight I thought that I don't particularly enjoy prawns, but I stole a couple from my GF's plate and I will never ever claim such thing again. Local vinho verde was also spot on. Only minor letdown was the deserts rather plain ice cream based things from a freezer. But overall this ocean view restaurant overdelivered by a mile. The hostess even spoke some words in Latvian to us. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit.

Before we finished the starter, our main course arrived, we told the server that we had not finished our starter, but he ignored us and served the board. I stress that this is not a fast food outlet, as our meal costs over 40e, without wein. I had more pleasant meals in mcdonnells than in this facility. I ordered a tuna steak, but neglected to say that I wanted it well done, totally my fault, but as server collected the plates with my untouched tuna steak, he did not even ask why it was not eaten. that shows how little they are interested in whether they have enjoyed their remarkable experience. avoid this place.
