this meal was fantastic! as a vegetarian in portugal to get a good meal is not easy, but from the first dish in os americanos I was absolutely stunned! the mushroom soup was exceptional, the kartoffels were spiced to perfection and the panna cotta was all it should be! this was immediately my favorite place in Peniche and I will come back from my way. Most of the restaurants I visited during my stay in Portugal had difficulty acomodating my needs. Unfortunately, I am allergic to several ingredients and I am also vegetarian. This restaurant was beyond helpful. First of all, as I and my companion were sitted, the waitress...asked if there are any allergies she should be aware of so she can inform the chef. Bravo!!! Comida de excelente qualidade, num restaurante encantador e acolhedor no coração de Peniche. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos na escolha do melhor vinho. O chef até veio falar conosco sobre a comida. Uma noite maravilhosa, recomendo este restaurante, o melhor cheesecake que já comi!

Super vriendelijke patron, cappuccino tijdens menu kiezen, smaakvolle gerechtjes, heerlijke gevulde champignons en patatas bravas, lekkere wijn, SUPER LEKKER bereide “catch of the day” en cappuccino als afsluiter, dessert ging er niet meer in, dit voor een zeer zachte prijs. Onbegrijpelijk als iemand hier ontevreden buiten stapt. To Paul: thanks to you and “Chihuahua” LOL, we had a great night, enjoyed a wonderful meal and received good travel tips.
What a wonderful warm and charming restaurant with excellent eating and brilliant service. the owner has created the menu itself by calling their earlier experiences and reminding to the childhood, and they can say how much love has gone into this when they talk to her. the passion...and carefree, which in its food, the ingredients as it is cooked and as it is presented, means some truly unique but exceptionally delicious eating. loved the whole experience including washing it with champagne sangria
