I 'm super friendly and nice myself. Not greeted when I came in. Not greeted with a friendly anything when I had a question about the soda area. Not when I shared I wasn 't from area, so sorry basically if soda area question seemed dumb, because in the area as my daughter had a personal emergency. Nothing. Not a no problem Nothing. Left $5.00 tip for a pick up order hoping to spread some positivity. I said thank you on the way out. Nothing. Seriously Not a thanks for coming in Not have a good night. Went back in because something was forgotten. Oh well that happens. But no apology. No asking if we needed anything else. I said thank you and have a good evening. On my way out. Seriously NO JOKE. NOTHING. not a You too. Not a have a good evening I mentioned ouch, not super friendly And she said yeah mom I know I went in there the other day and they were rude .. She is in this town right now, which is a blessing as a friend offered a place to stay to her as she lost her house in a house fire. So I guess my thoughts are. If her and I can be loving, and cheerful, and I witnessed other staff being friendly and cheerful to the locals. May I suggest passing that along to us who were looking forward to hometown food and being offered a friendly hometown experience, while life has put us here for a bit. It matters. I was friendly from the second I walked in. Even noticed this lovely lady on line with curls and let her know. I was the one with the thank yours, and the hello, and the friendly vibe. Which is who we all should be to one another. I think it would have been easier to score the food a star higher, if the welcome folks had left a sweeter taste in our experience. I hope this is just simply recieved in a way that reminds us all to be kind and friendly. I sure know I tried. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
