Não podemos co... read more Já comemos aqui muitas vezes. Por vezes vezes numa semana. A comida é fabulosa. O pessoal é maravilhoso e tão simpático. Este lugar arruinou-nos. Não podemos comer em mais lado nenhum sem o compararmos com Viridi. A comida é inovadora, saborosa, porções grandes e sempre bem preparada com ingredientes frescos. Não conseguimos encontrar nenhum lugar comparável para comer em poucas horas de carro de Penela, não em Coimbra, ou Tomar, em qualquer lugar. E nós tentámos!! Mudámo-nos agora para o norte de Portugal e há restaurantes semelhantes aqui, mas ainda sentimos falta da Viridi e do adorável pessoal de lá. Os nossos favoritos pessoais foram as saladas, que são enormes! Também adorámos as panquecas de salmão fumado, e o abacate e o salmão em torradas de morrer por elas. As tigelas de gelado com fruta e granola são sublimes. Até o café era excelente. Não tenho literalmente uma única palavra má a dizer sobre este lugar. A comida é tão barata e a qualidade e o tamanho das porções são excelentes. Não mudem nada!Muito obrigado pelos momentos felizes, pela comida fabulosa e pelas memórias encantadoras do nosso tempo em Penela. Sentimos a vossa falta a todos. We have eaten here many many times. Sometimes times in one week. The food is fabulous. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. This place has ruined us. We cannot eat anywhere else without comparing it to Viridi. The food is innovative, tasty, large portions and always well prepared with fresh ingredients. We couldn't find anywhere comparable to eat within an hours drive from Penela, not in Coimbra, or Tomar, anywhere. And we tried!! We have now moved to northern Portugal and there are similar restaurants here but we still miss Viridi and the lovely staff there. Our personal favourites were the salads which are enormous! We also loved the smoked salmon pancakes, and the avocado and salmon on toast. To die for. The ice-cream bowls with fruit and granola are sublime. Even the coffee was excellent. I literally don't have a single bad word to say about this place. The food is so cheap and the quality and portion sizes are excellent. Don't change anything! Thank you so much for the happy times, the fabulous food and the lovely memories of our time in Penela. We miss you all.

We h... read more We had two very good salads here. One was a chicken salad and the other was a smoked salmon salad. I have never seen a salad with so much smoked salmon on. We had our dogs with us so we had to sit outside which wasn’t a problem. The cost was very reasonable, €10 for the smoked salmon and €8 for the chicken. Wine was a reasonable €2 a glass for a good quality wine. Cappuccino was €2. We will definitely be coming back. The waiter/barman couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. The marque is a restaurant with a bar.
