Description

Tucked in Pendleton, OR, this neighborhood Chinese restaurant serves fresh, flavorful dishes and a broad vegetarian/vegan selection alongside classics like sweet-and-sour and pan-fried noodles. Diners praise clean, family-friendly seating and attentive staff, yet experiences vary: some report greasy or undercooked plates and slow, confused takeout service. The dining room is a bit dated and quiet. Good for vegans, families and travelers seeking straightforward Chinese fare, but expect occasional waits and inconsistent execution during busy periods.

The food was well done. The portions were good inexpensive. Service was slow but kind.

We ordered orange chicken and General Tso's chicken, and it was the worst Chinese food I've ever experienced. The fried rice was hardly even edible. I wouldn't feed this food to my dog.

My wife and I spent a few days in Pendleton, OR, and after reading various reviews, we were a bit unsure about where to eat. However, we've learned that every restaurant has its good and bad days. We decided to try this place for lunch, and we both really enjoyed our meals. The food was fresh, and the employee was friendly. The atmosphere was nice and clean as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely return!

I was initially hesitant because I'm quite particular about Chinese food, but the sweet and sour chicken was delicious, and the fried rice was also excellent. The restaurant itself felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some music, as it was quite quiet. Overall, though, the food was great!

Arrived staff wasn’t very friendly, and was confused that I had placed an online order. Food was absolutely horrible the orange chicken was this greasy neon yellow sauce that tasted not pleasant at all, the pot stickers looked and tasted absolutely raw, and slimy. Sesame Chicken was almost edible, but the meat extremely dried out. Fried rice…. Mid…. Will never order there again. So mad I spent 40 dollars on absolute garbage. But they did refund me fully.
