New employee was not very well versed in the menu offers. Whoever built the sandwich did not add the onion sauce from end to end, only the middle 6 inches of a foot. Overall it was okay, but not my typical underground visit. View all feedback.

Hit or Miss. We've visited this subway several times and enjoyed some amazing sandwiches, but our recent experience was disappointing. We always use the drive-thru for convenience, but sometimes no one seems to notice we're there. We waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. We ended up at the McDonald's in Arrowhead instead. Overall, the food is decent, but using their drive-thru feels like taking a shot in the dark.
One of the employees ignored customers on the car while on the phone. The other woman tried her best.

Prices are too high for what you get. Frequently out of popular items. Frequently get your order wrong.
This Subway serves affordable, often tasty sandwiches and solid vegetarian choices, with ample parking, wheelchair access and a convenient freeway-side location. Staff are friendly and hardworking, but chronic understaffing produces inconsistent service: slow or ignored drive-thru, long waits and order mistakes (missing ingredients, burned flatbread, absent drink supplies). When the team is on point the food impresses; when understaffed the experience is frustrating. Ideal for budget travelers and takeout, but approach the drive-thru with caution.

Parking is convenient, with plenty of space for trucks, trailers, and regular or compact cars. There’s even a nearby field where you can take your pets for a quick break. The restaurant is just off the freeway and close to fuel services and hotels. Wheelchair accessibility is available, so everyone can enjoy the experience. For service, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere gets a 5. The food is definitely a highlight, earning a 5. I recommend trying the Cold Cut Combo, Subway Club, and Rotisserie-Style Chicken. Overall, it’s a great spot, and with a meal cost of about $10-$20 per person, it’s affordable too. And don’t worry about parking—there’s plenty, and it’s free!
