When the team is on point the food impresses; when understaffed the experience is frustrating. Ideal for budget travelers and takeout, but approach the drive-thru with caution.
Was Anonym at Subway a mag?

New employee was not very well versed in the menu offers. Whoever built the sandwich did not add the onion sauce from end to end, only the middle 6 inches of a foot. Overall it was okay, but not my typical underground visit. View all feedback.

Hit or Miss. We've visited this subway several times and enjoyed some amazing sandwiches, but our recent experience was disappointing. We always use the drive-thru for convenience, but sometimes no one seems to notice we're there. We waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. We ended up at the McDonald's in Arrowhead instead. Overall, the food is decent, but using their drive-thru feels like taking a shot in the dark.
Prices are too high for what you get. Frequently out of popular items. Frequently get your order wrong.
Took a long time to see anybody with me being the only person in the store and the staff was already very unprofessional..... Should have taken it as a warning. Sandwich was stuck to the bag they didnt put any bacon on the sandwhich, there was missing veggies, they didn't bag my sandwich, no small cups for meal deal, no ice in fountain, no tea in container, little to no syrup in fountain drink options, no straws. My sandwich was also a little burned and had a distinct crunch to the Flatbread. I guess there was lids for the cups. That's a plus.

The restaurant is just off the freeway and close to fuel services and hotels. Wheelchair accessibility is available, so everyone can enjoy the experience. For service, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere gets a 5. The food is definitely a highlight, earning a 5. I recommend trying the Cold Cut Combo, Subway Club, and Rotisserie-Style Chicken. Overall, it’s a great spot, and with a meal cost of about $10-$20 per person, it’s affordable too. And don’t worry about parking—there’s plenty, and it’s free!
