My favorite place to go for quick, fair priced, and excellent Mexican food. The burritos are the same size and weight as a small child, all of the meats are amazing, the salsas are great, and the staff is friendly! Parking: With not only the street in front of it open, but the parking lots of Ace hardware, the Vert auditorium, and another appliance store within one block, you will find no problem locating a spot.
Fantastic food! It feels just like home (San Antonio, TX) with a convenient location and plenty of outdoor seating under spacious umbrellas. The prices are great for the generous portions! Parking is right in front of the taco truck. Kid-friendly: The kids loved the glass Coke bottles, and the smaller meal choices are just right for them! Accessibility: There are ramps from the sidewalk, making it easy for wheelchair users.
Love this place! I always get the chicken street tacos and my husband gets the burrito. The burritos are huge and filled to the max! Recently we have been also getting a side of rice, which is more than enough for two people as we always have leftovers. Not only is the food fabulous, but the service is polite , friendly, and professional every time. I highly recommend Nico's Tacos to everyone!!! Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians. Just order items without the meat. For example, street tacos would be corn tortillas with onions and cilantro with lime juice. Several items contain beans as well. Dietary restrictions: If you are looking for low fat or lower sodium, try the street tacos. They are your best bet. Parking: There is very limited parking on the street in front of the food trailer. However, across the street is a parking lot with lots of parking. If you have mobility issues and come at one of their busy times, you may have difficulty if you are unable to walk a half to one city block or stand for a period of time to wait for your order. Wheelchair accessibility: It is right off the sidewalk on a level lot. However there is gravel; which I don't think is too thick but I am unsure. They are able to see you, so if you get their attention I am sure they will come out of the food truck and take your order if need be. They are very polite! Also a few tables are set up outside for dining and a wheelchair would be able to roll up to those and utilize them.

Their pork is the best flavored meat they make! So juicy and savory. The green salsa is so good and not too spicy. The owner is nice and accommodating.
I was craving something from the staff menu, so I ordered a chicken burrito. It was filled with plenty of chicken and vegetables, and the textures were excellent. The red salsa had a rich, smoky Chipotle flavor and was delicious. The green salsa was also enjoyable—slightly sweet but still had a nice kick to it. I ended up using both salsas. The service was quick, and the person at the counter was really friendly.
Was back to Boise when we made a gas stop and came over this Taco truck! Definitely recommend the tacos de asada, the lengua was really good... chefs kiss
