I occasionally come to work through pendleton and come here every time for dinner. they have specifically labeled vegan pho on the menu and it is perfect every time. I always get the fresh salad rolls with tofu. the first time I came here, they even had a special place where the vegan pho came with an salad roll! very friendly staff that confidently answered my asking.
