Get what they expect when their expectations are not super high. they will be more than satisfied. the lobby was closed. food: 4/5

Orderings are double checked to ensure hot and complete ordering as well as satisfied customers. parking: many parking spaces are available and are easily accessible.

First it is mcdonalds, nothing fantastic. but I guess if they order a drink with a meal, the drink they had ordered separately will be broken off. the order list jumped further around and showed only parts of my order, so I had a hard time after what they did. but it looked like they added the first drink to a meal that I ordered separately and then simply changed the drink to what I wanted with the meal when it was something else. they didn't even do this, but twice with two different orders. to be fair, I was already in a **** mood, so I had acted out and not the double check of the order, because I had never messed up an order on the drive by loudspeaker. I only noticed it when I had already paid, got my food and checked my recipe. the woman at the window seemed new and also confused when I gave up the missing drink that I noticed when I had not yet realized that two were missing) she was nice enough to give me the drink free and she was very polite about that it deserves a star). tithe eating was also not necessarily bad, nothing was cold or melted, or soggy another star) so that I was not necessarily disappointed. mainly confused why they would switch someone like that without asking. at the end I just wounded myself and ordered the last missing drink, because it did not end up at the recording, at the first place I paid once more for it. vegetarian options: there was not that I was unfortunately aware.

Sergio was very helpful today with my order he quickly brought me out with everything I needed.

Great customer service. Employee was great at the service window, handed our food over with such a positive attitude. Thank you!
