I usually don’t have issues with my orders, so I didn’t think to check more closely. I only realized there was a problem after I'd paid and received my food. The woman at the window seemed new and was a bit confused when I pointed out that one drink was missing. She was polite and kindly gave me the drink for free, which earns her a star in my book. The food itself was also fine—nothing was cold, melted, or soggy, which earns another star. Overall, I wasn't too disappointed, but I was baffled as to why they would make changes to my order without consulting me first. In the end, I just ordered the last missing drink at the register because I didn’t want to leave without it, even though I had to pay for it again.

Their Mocha Frappé taste just as good every time. Excellent consistency in flavor and texture. This is not true of every McDonald's restaurant.

I didn’t notice the issue until I had paid, received my food, and checked the receipt. The woman at the window appeared to be new and looked just as confused when I mentioned the missing drink. At that time, I hadn’t realized that there were two drinks missing, but she was kind enough to give me one for free and was very polite about it, which earned her a star. The food itself was decent—nothing was cold, melted, or soggy, so that earns another star. I wasn't disappointed per se, just puzzled as to why they would swap around my order without checking with me first. In the end, I decided to go inside and reorder the last missing drink, since it hadn’t appeared on my receipt to begin with. Fortunately, I only had to pay for it once.
