Got a super rude toned response about how they only have thick old fashioned shakes and I asked if the Vanilla is ice cream or something else. They said it's ice cream again with the rude tone in their voice. I decided to go inside and the GM came to the counter. I told her I apologized for the confusion but that their shakes are just ice cream and she should try and gain product knowledge. She screamed at me to leave and when I told her they've had bad service lately she said she's trying to fix it even though she was the most aggressive ruse employee there.

Went through the drive thru. Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Messed up our order. Extremely rude when I corrected them about the drink order. After we le... read more Went through the drive thru. Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Messed up our order. Extremely rude when I corrected them about the drink order. After we left and were down the road, discovered the gave me a plain hamburger instead of what I ordered. I was over charged, will never go back to this particular place again.

Website and sign on the door both say drive thru is open until midnight. I tried again Tuesday night around 10:30p and after sitting at the speaker with no response for 10-15 minutes, I drove around to the front to see if the lobby was open. When I found the lobby was closed but drive thru was supposed to be open, I went back through the drive thru just to be told once again that they were already closed. Why have posted hours if they're not going to be used?
