Was Penny C at Chimu’s Tacos a mag?
The portion sizes were generous and the food arrived hot. The flavors were decent, but I found that the burrito was rolled oddly, with the sour cream and guacamole only at the end. Also, the hot sauces were only half full, which was disappointing as I felt I didn't have enough. Overall, not a bad experience. View all feedback.
What Cory West dislikes about Chimu’s Tacos:
If you're looking for quick service and good food, this is not the spot for you. However, if you don't mind waiting longer for your meal and want food from a Taco truck, then this is the place to go. View all feedback.

I recently had a great experience at Chimu's restaurant. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top-notch as well. I frequently order for myself and also pick up and deliver DoorDash orders. One night, I had a DoorDash order and upon arrival, I was told that another driver had mistakenly taken the order. I called the customer to confirm and they had not received their food. Chimu's went above and beyond to remake the order and allowed me to deliver it to the customer, even though it meant losing product and extra time for them. I appreciate Chimu's dedication to their customers and ensuring that everyone is taken care of. Thank you, Chimu's, for your exceptional service and for making sure the customer was happy, even though you made no profit from the order.

This restaurant never disappoints. The Beef Burrito is large enough to share between two people.
This meal was enough food for at least three hungry adults with hearty appetites for authentic Mexican street tacos. It may also be the most budget-friendly choice.

We're from Southern California where we get darn good Mexican food. Was trying to keep my expectations reasonable when we tried this place but the minute we walked up to it I could smell it was authentic food. Had chorizo tacos that were the bomb!
I’d give it zero but it’s not possible. I’m a vegetarian and the 10 year old girl working to take orders refused to make me a burrito with no meat. I get veggie burritos at taco trucks all the time. It’s pretty simple. Ya just make a normal burrito and you don’t put meat it in. After she told me no I said never mind I don’t want anything and I sat down to wait for my friend. She then called me over to the window to tell me her mom said no but her dad said yes so he would “try” to make one. She obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing. They probably shouldn’t let a little kid run the window. That was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a taco truck and none of it made any sense. Never again.
Awesome shop right off the road and not too far away from the interstate. The pollo was so delicious and plenty of fresh toppings. Will always stop here for tacos and malitas while driving through town
Birria tacos were outstanding! Maybe the only thing better than the food was the service! Really, really good experience, can’t wait to visit Chimu’s again soon…
I ordered a chicken burrito and it was quite good. The hot parts were definitely hot, while the veggies were crispy and fresh. The tortilla was soft, but not overly soft. The red and green salsa were both tasty. The staff was friendly and the tables in the restaurant were beautiful to sit and eat at. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
