The tortilla was soft, but not overly soft. The red and green salsa were both tasty. The staff was friendly and the tables in the restaurant were beautiful to sit and eat at. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

On a sunny day, this place is a gem in the city center of Pendleton. It is run by a charming bilingual father-daughter duo, which is always a plus. The quality and presentation of the food can only be compared to a brick and mortar restaurant in our hometown. I highly recommend stopping by! I had two Asada tacos and my brother had three, while my mother enjoyed the normal Asada tacos.

I frequently order for mys... read more I recently had a great experience at Chimu's restaurant. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top-notch as well. I frequently order for myself and also pick up and deliver DoorDash orders. One night, I had a DoorDash order and upon arrival, I was told that another driver had mistakenly taken the order. I called the customer to confirm and they had not received their food. Chimu's went above and beyond to remake the order and allowed me to deliver it to the customer, even though it meant losing product and extra time for them. I appreciate Chimu's dedication to their customers and ensuring that everyone is taken care of. Thank you, Chimu's, for your exceptional service and for making sure the customer was happy, even though you made no profit from the order.
