Another issue is that they are slower than a sit-... read more I really enjoy Whoppers, but this location just can't seem to get my order right when I request no mayonnaise. Another issue is that they are slower than a sit-down restaurant, which is frustrating for fast food. They also often forget to include ketchup packets in my bag at the drive-thru. By the time I realize it after driving away, I've already waited so long for my food that I don't have time to go back and have them fix it. As a result, I end up with dry, unappetizing fries and Whoppers slathered in mayonnaise. If they can't handle special requests, they should just be honest about it. There's always a new team working there, and I keep returning in hopes that my experience will improve like it does at other Burger Kings around the country. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened here, which is disappointing.

We'll see how long this takes and if the food is even decent.Update. Took about 20 minutes total. Slow service, but everything was SUPER fresh and hot. Order was accurate.

I heard they got new managers, but if they did, it certainly hasn’t made a difference. The service was extremely poor and incredibly slow. I was truly not impressed!
