While some guests appreciate the affordability and familiar taste of Burger King's offerings, many express frustration over the slow service and inconsistent order accuracy at this particular location. Complaints include forgotten items, incorrect special requests, and even food quality issues, such as lukewarm patties and unsanitary practices. Despite attempts to improve with new management, the pace of service continues to disappoint, making it hard for patrons to justify the wait for what is typically considered fast food.

15min wait to pick up food ordered in app. Never seen employees workers move so slow. Food was luke warm like the Patti's were pre-made and sitting. Waiting for food isn't bad as long as it's great when it finally comes out
Currently sitting in the drive through. Ordered our food 10 minutes ago, after sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes before being addressed to order. We'll see how long this takes and if the food is even decent.Update. Took about 20 minutes total. Slow service, but everything was SUPER fresh and hot. Order was accurate.
I don't think this place even deserves a single star in my opinion. It's the slowest restaurant I've ever experienced! I heard they got new managers, but if they did, it certainly hasn’t made a difference. The service was extremely poor and incredibly slow. I was truly not impressed!
Stop in on my way through the town. The dinner room was clean and the food really fresh. Definitely need extra napkins burger was made right.
We ordered four burger meals, but one of them was completely missing, except for the drink. Another meal had two hairs cooked into it, which was disgusting. On top of that, the wait time was absurd for fast food. It's called FAST FOOD, not 15-minute food!
