I went for a walk from Barnoldswick and decided to visit Greenberfield Locks to enjoy the local towpaths, with the intention of stopping for a cup of tea. Howev... read more I went for a walk from Barnoldswick and decided to visit Greenberfield Locks to enjoy the local towpaths, with the intention of stopping for a cup of tea. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the tempting homemade cakes on offer. After indulging in a slice of Coffee and Walnut cake for later, I enjoyed a freshly cooked Bacon buttie, which was exceptional and definitely worth the stop. I plan on making this a regular stop for me, although sadly they are only open from April to September. The warm and friendly welcome added to the great overall experience.
