Some days it's ok most of the time it's poor customer service. Messed up my order and still argued about their mistake. One star is lying

Orders were accurate, service was efficient and friendly, food quality was good. Bonus: this location has hard scoop ice cream!
They did an excellent job being quick with the sandwiches. AND there is an ice cream bar?
