Friendly wait-staff, but if you want your coffee in a reasonable amount of time, I highly advise you use the drive thru. I was the only in-store customer and watched them fill a long succession of drive thru orders while my order sat there. 20 minutes later, I got my coffee. View all feedback.

I was there with my daughter on the 18th and the lady in the am messed up my order and then when I said something about it she blamed it on me and said I didn’t say that I wanted it blended and was so rude that I never want to go into Starbucks again so when I asked who the supervisor was she said she is out on maturity leave and I asked her name and she said she don’t have to tell me that. I have never been treated so horrible in my life her customer service is a -100 I work at wildhorse casino and customer service is number one and making sure the customer is happy not repulsed about coming to the establishment ever again.
The two women working here were the most lovely and kind employees. I have never written a Starbucks review but they went above and beyond!
The worker with short curly ish brown hair is rude. If she makes a mistake she will blame that you didn’t order it that way. I worked as an assistant manager for Starbucks before and I never talked to one of my customers that way even when I now they didn’t order it correctly but with a smile I remade it. I now for a fact I didn’t order my drink wrong it was just her and another girl that was blond that was working with all the snow in town. She was getting overwhelmed and blamed me instead of owning to her mistake. Also when I asked who the manager is I was told her name is Beca and she’s on maturity leave and when I asked what the workers name was I was told she can’t give me her name! I was told by the blonde which she was sweet and nice and was the one that gave me all the info I did get. I really hope the manager or someone reads this because of the way I was treated I will be going to the Starbucks in Safeway from now on instead and I recommend everyone else to do so as well. No one deserves to be treated like that by anyone.
Terrible service unless you’re using the drive thru. You’ll be standing at the cashier counter for 10 minutes so pull up a chair.
