We are staying at The Quinta de Gatao and our host Jorge suggested this place, in his guide. We arrived at 9pm We received a warm welcome, no one else in the restaurant so plenty of seats to choose from. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, we both used our phones to translate. We are staying at The Quinta de Gatao and our host Jorge suggested this place, in his guide. We arrived at 9pm We received a warm welcome, no one else in the restaurant so plenty of seats to choose from. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, we both used our phones to translate. A selection of small plates arrived for us to taste, similar to Spain's Tappas. Not sure what they were, but tasted good. A mix of meat stew, fish, cold meat, melon, bread and a Francesinha to try. We went for pork and beef, with potatoes and it came with rice and cabbage or kale. Lots of it, nicely cooked. I had a slice of Brigadeiro cake, taste like fudge cake. Finished the meal off with a coffee

Gostei muito desde as entradas ao almoço impecável só deixou a desejar pela sobremesa pouco por onde escolher.
