I placed a delivery order at 5:49 pm. The estimated time was 15-20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for about an hour. After calling again, I was informed that the order was ready and would be sent out immediately. Despite living less than 5 minutes away, it took an additional 20 minutes for the food to be delivered.
