The Ash Tree - Pembrokeshire

Our family received great service and enjoyed delicious food at this restaurant. The children particularly enjoyed the appetizers and desserts, and the staff even provided paper and pencils to keep them entertained.

The restaurant offers a limited selection of dishes, which is a positive sign that they focus on quality. I tried the whitebait starter, which was enjoyed by everyone at the table, especially the grandkids. The beef main course was tender and came with tasty accompaniments. Although I didn't have dessert, others in my party enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie. Overall, it was a great meal and I will definitely be returning.

Upon our arrival, the bar was bustling but we were promptly seated as we had made a reservation. We were led to our table after enjoying a pre-dinner drink with friends we unexpectedly ran into. The menu, while concise, offered a variety of enticing options, including the Italian special for the evening. Each dish we ordered was delectable, and the attentive and friendly staff added to the overall dining experience. The cozy and beautifully decorated dining room kept us warm on the winter evening, and we can only imagine the stunning views over the golf course and town during a spring or summer sunset. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and may even try out their lunch menu in the future.
