What User doesn't like about Mr. Fry Guy:
My experience under new ownership. Food was good when cooked (fries were not fully cooked my last visit . Portion size changed all 3 times in my 3 visits each time dropping a box size for the same meal. Pricing is fair compared to other fast food options. Service was ok (not nearly as good as the old owner Mike, but his energy is hard to match! . Overall the inconsistency makes it 3 stars. View all feedback.
The food and service at Mr. Fry Guy were incredible, but the atmosphere was lacking because it's located in the mall food court. This is no fault of Mr. Fry Guy though.
I received the incorrect item and was not given the option to have it replaced with the item I originally ordered.
The food is average. The woman who usually works at the cashier is extremely rude.

My experience with this store can be described in one word: meh. The front cash staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The fries were super bland. Disappointed overall since they used to be so good.
