I couldn’t even identify which part of the chicken I was eating. It was undercooked and excessively greasy, even by KFC standards. The gravy had no flavor at all. I won’t be returning to this place again.
I recently visited a restaurant in Pembroke, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and extremely crunchy, and there was about half an inch of grease at the bottom of the bucket. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to refund my money and instead offered six free pieces of chicken, even though I spent $42 and found hair in my order. Overall, it was not a good experience.
The chicken was subpar because it was greasy. Additionally, the waitress forgot the gravy for my partner's meal and suggested she go back to the truck to get it for $1.45, which she decided was not worth it. I've also been experiencing problems with the app recently. KFC really needs to improve their service; Church's and Popeyes would gladly take their business.
As long as there are poutines and crackle gravy ill keep coming ; take the poutine away, i can make my own chicken
Ordered ahead online for 4 p.m. Arrived to pick it up only to have them START making it at 4 p.m. That was forgivable, it gets busy sometimes, but the food that I was served was borderline criminal. There was not a single identifiable piece of chicken like a wing, leg or breast. It was as if they cut it into wing sized chunks at every joint and served up deep fried chicken chunks in place of pieces of chicken. I can't tell if we just got a bad bucket or if this franchise has declined to this point in general, but after paying thier price for this junk, we will not be back again.
