What User doesn't like about The Dutch Pot Jamaican:
Just because zero is not an option. I ordered a large soup and brown stew chicken home to swim a large cup of oily chicken water with two landfills and a potato and find a curry chicken. Not what I ordered and that was 11:30 in the morning. You won? View all feedback.
I can't praise the cooks enough; the food was irresistibly juicy and flavorful. One guest, who usually isn't fond of Jamaican cuisine due to previous experiences with overcooked dishes at other restaurants, was pleasantly surprised and ended up having seconds! If I could suggest one change to my order, it would be to have a slightly smaller portion of rice and more vegetable options, as well as extra perfectly cooked plantains. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in search of authentic and delicious Jamaican food. Here’s what we ordered: a large pan of rice and peas, 10 lbs of oxtail (two half pans), 5 lbs of brown stew chicken (one half pan), 5 lbs of curry chicken (one half pan), 5 lbs of pineapple (one half pan), a half pan of steamed vegetables, and 45 pieces of plantains (cut into threes).

I would rate this restaurant a 3 out of 5. It's always bustling, no matter when you visit, so it's clear that many people enjoy dining here. I ordered the jerk chicken, but I found the rice and chicken to be quite dry. My wife had the oxtail, and she thought it was fantastic, giving it a 5 out of 5. I also wanted to mention that the mac and cheese is excellent. I plan to come back and see if my opinion changes.
This restaurant serves delicious food! Each dish is bursting with rich flavors and has a homemade feel. I highly recommend trying the lunch special—it's a generous portion and only costs $6. You won't find a better value for the quality of food they provide. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I can't recommend it enough!
