The Cheese Course - Pembroke Pines

I’ve never felt so disgusted by a dining experience. There were only five tables occupied, and yet it took over an hour for our food to arrive, even with at least six employees visible. The manager attributed the wait to the holiday season, which seemed like a poor excuse considering the circumstances. We showed her the bugs in our food, and her lack of concern was shocking. The rest of our party was so appalled they chose not to eat their meals either. The manager should have comped the entire meal instead of just one item. This woman clearly shouldn’t be in a management position. I truly believe the Florida Department of Health needs to investigate this establishment.

I dined here today and was appalled to see that the front door was propped open, allowing birds to freely fly in and out of the restaurant. They must be finding food inside if they keep coming in.

I was really disappointed with my experience— I can't comment on the food, but if it's anything like the service, it won't be good. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and noticed that 5-6 tables were still dirty from previous customers. We were told we would have a 15-minute wait for a table, but during that time, the staff just walked past the unclean tables, which was frustrating to see. I would suggest trying another location and staying away from this one.

Great service amazing food/cheeses. This has to be one of my favorite restaurants. Beautiful presentation of the food as well. The turkey chutney sandwich is my favorite and the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup is the ultimate comfort food.

Got the Serrano w chips.. doesn't seem worth the prices for portion you get. Tasted good and ingredients were good quality. Would try something else besides the sandwiches if I ordered again.
