What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
So I come to this place for convenience. However, I simply do not understand why it is so difficult to add only the acid cream if I specifically ask each time, do not add acid cream to my orders. 3rd time in a row that I come home completely disappointed. I gave her team 3 chances. I won't order from here again. View all feedback.
This Taco Bell seems to operate on its own terms and has a very limited menu. Online ordering isn't available, and not all the items listed in the app are actually offered here. For breakfast, I can only get an iced coffee. The drive-thru is consistently slow, even when there’s just one car ahead of me.
The staff were unfriendly and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience to them. Additionally, they seemed to manipulate their drive-thru timer by making me wait at the entrance while they prepared my food.
I stopped by this place briefly and ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, but it came out burnt. When I mentioned it, the manager told me, "That's how we grill it here." The service was terrible, to say the least.
Bruh it?s 11:30 they?ve already closed down the grill so no quesadilla?s no crunch wrap. So I was like ok how about Doritos locos tacos. She said we don?t have that either?so I said fine regular tacos.. then the intercom went silent.. about as silentas it was when I first pulled up and they were acting like they were closed. I had to say hi twice luckily I saw the car infront of me or I would?ve drove off. Which eventually happened anyway because of this interaction. Someone else will get mymoney tonight ????
Saturday 12am, got beefy 5 layer burrito, crunchwrap and cinnamon twists for the kids. Everything was good until they got the crunchwrap which were soggy. Drive-thru was surprisingly quick!
