Sal's Italian - Pembroke Pines

Wow! The food here is absolutely amazing. Even better than the food is the service. It's rare to find a restaurant that provides such top-notch service; usually, everything is quick but lacks a personal touch. However, that’s not the case here. I adore this cozy spot! You definitely need to give it a try—plus, the pizza is fantastic!

Being so close to the restaurant is definitely a bonus for me. If you’re all about pizza, then this is the place to go for the best pizza and best prices around. And if you find yourself eating pizza more than twice a week, you might want to reconsider your choices! If you want to compare, sure, you could grab three pizzas from Little Caesars for $15, along with their garlic butter dipping sauce, but when it comes to quality, Sal’s is the champion of southwest Broward County!

Upon entering, I was truly impressed by the decor; the restaurant is beautifully designed and has a clean, inviting atmosphere. The hostess seated us, and we were quickly greeted by our very friendly server. We started with the marinara shells, which were perfectly cooked. Often, shells can be gritty, but that was certainly not the case here. My kids ordered cheese pizza, while my husband and I chose chicken parmesan and ravioli. I was pleasantly surprised when our server brought out the pizza first, cutting it into small squares so my children could enjoy bite-sized pieces. That was such a thoughtful touch, making it easier for us to serve. Before long, our food arrived hot and delicious. Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive; our drinks were always filled, napkins were readily available, and she made sure to check in with us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. Midway through our meal, the manager stopped by to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else. We thanked him for his attention. To our delight, he returned moments later with balloons for the kids. They were over the moon! What a lovely gesture! We encouraged the manager to come by again soon, and we certainly plan to return. Sal's is a fantastic restaurant and a wonderful place for families. I highly recommend it!

Excellent food and service. Not familiar with the area, but I had to run a few berries in the neighborhood and my kids wanted pizza. The pizza was delicious and I got the penne allá vodka with chicken and shrimp. The reels were fresh and hot and I loved everything about the place. I will definitely be back

The food is amazing, the servers are quick and efficient, the customer service is a 10/10 the overall atmosphere that Sal’s has is very welcoming and friendly.
