Best pizza ever, I order here every Thursday for a group meeting, I created an special custom order for this occasion, and they always serve it in time and exactly what I asked, the staff is very friendly, but you always have to gave respect in order to obtain respect. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
eating is overcooked. eating cold. missing items. ordered delivery and only ready to reimburse or replace the objects, unless we bring back physical objects. the point of delivery is because we have a party with children. we can't leave children or load a few children absolutely ridiculous. The food was delicious and the packaging was well-sealed.
I ordered the Pepperoni Lovers pizza, but I received a cheese lover's pizza without any pepperoni on it.
Pizza always soggy and cold when it comes. I'm trying to give this pizza a chance, but it's common taste like slop. I gave him two stars, because usually the delivery drivers are nice people.
Horrible customer service experience. I'm putting an order today at 6:07. I called back at 19:42 to check my order and they said they had the wrong address they had to rewrite my order. When I asked to talk to the manager, the boy who didn't know what he did, the manager won't do anything if I asked if I could talk to him, he said my manager is with a customer now you need to wait. I waited 7 minutes and then hanged. This is not the first time that this happened, my previous experience that they deliver to the wrong address. Don't order from this place. This place has a bunch of idiots here!
