What User doesn't like about Ihop:
This IHop must have difficulties in recruiting employees. We went into several empty tables and several people waited for space. So sitting wasn't the problem. Our server and food was well waiting after 25-30 minutes. I hope things improve for this place. View all feedback.

My family and I went to this restaurant a few days ago for dinner and we were served by Marie. It was a truly delightful experience. Marie made our evening absolutely perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and very personable. Marie even surprised the kids by substituting their usual dessert with a bowl of chocolate chips. Please commend her for her excellent work!
Our dining experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the fact that most of the tables were empty, we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated. It took another 30 minutes for us to receive water once we were finally seated. When our food finally arrived after nearly an hour, only half of our order came out. The portions that did arrive were cold and had a strange taste, like dish soap. The waitress seemed to ignore our table, and we had to ask multiple times for our missing food items and drinks. Even when we requested new eggs because they were cold, the manager brought them out rudely, rolling their eyes. The entire experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. We would not recommend this restaurant, as there are much better options nearby. Don't waste your money or time on this disappointing establishment.
People were nice, but waiting was more than an hour waiting and there weren't even so many people when we arrived. We also had a waiting time for utensils and plates. I definitely think it has to rent more workers and I think the pancakes are now smaller.
Went to dinner with my family a few days ago at night and Marie was our server! What a delightful experience we had. Marie made the evening perfect. She was courteous, attentive and very friendly! Marie brought for the children a surprise substitution, instead of bacon she brought a bowl of chocolate chips! Please make sure she gets credit for doing such great work! :
