Ihop - Pembroke Pines

I ordered a burrito without any paprika or extra ingredients, but I ended up with a bowl full of unexpected extras. That's why I typically avoid this place; something always seems to go wrong with my order.

IHop is a well-established favorite in the pancake scene. You can’t go wrong with breakfast at IHOP, no matter the time of day, and their other meal options are also excellent. The location I visited was clean, quiet, and had friendly service that made for a great experience.

We were on our way to see the Minions movie and decided to stop at IHOP, knowing they had a special Minions promotion with a dedicated menu. The service was decent, and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, which gave it a relaxed atmosphere. The food was really enjoyable, especially my favorite, the ham. The eggs and waffles were also tasty. We tried a few items from the Mountain Man menu, including the banana pudding pancakes, which we loved, and the Gru cold brew (which needed some sugar). It's a kid-friendly place, as the menu features pictures that make it easy for children to read and order for themselves.

We were a group of 6 and there was no participation in the entrance for one, after that we sat and an rude dame called marie was our waitress. since the beginning she shaved a terrible smell of smoke that is not nice to smell of a waitress that is not pleasant. then she answered rudely to my daughter about the menu, then she said that she had nothing from the special menu and I asked kindly whether she had coffee and ice so that I can make my own cold coffee, but she got angry, had a posture and then she said she had no shaking ice, any banan at all. After she had taken away the menu from us, she left and made us drink so that we wanted to ask for our food, but she had a terrible attitude only because I asked what they had to eat. she went without taking our order or saying something. After a few minutes she came back and called us that she refused to serve us, and there were no other services at the moment. she said we should go or stay if we want. I went after the manager or the help, and after that she came back to me and said before the three only busy tables at the moment, go straight away or I will call the bulls. her name is marie and I want to report these rude and unrespectful dame, people like these should not work.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Over all a terrible experience. We arrived and we were greeted rudely by Marie. While we were making her order she just simply told me “No” and was extremely rude when we asked if they had certain items. She was just completely rude and disrespectful, and she made our friend cry. After she refused to serve us out of no where when there were only three other tables occupied, told us to leave, and as we were leaving she threatened to call the cops. Worst experience EVER.
